Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for a remote, hourly contract position. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications, architecting scalable and secure systems. You will develop frontend applications using React and backend services with Node.js or Python, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product and design teams to create user-centric solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving performance and reliability issues, and establishing best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Requirements: Strong experience in JavaScript, React, and Node.js. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system architecture. Proven ability to build and deploy scalable full-stack applications. Knowledge of web security best practices. Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration. Experience in mentoring engineering teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
