Position: Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $30 - $120 per hour
Location: Remote (Global applicability)
Commitment: Flexible, 10-40 hours per week
Role Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of robust full-stack web applications.
- Architect highly scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
- Develop cutting-edge frontend applications utilizing React, and build efficient backend services with Node.js or Python.
- Provide mentorship to fellow engineers and conduct thorough code reviews to uphold exceptional quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve critical performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
- Establish and consistently enforce best practices in coding, testing, and comprehensive documentation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in JavaScript, React, and Node.js development.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and overall system design.
- Demonstrated success in building and deploying scalable full-stack applications.
- Proficiency in web development security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills essential for effective remote collaboration.
- Proven experience in mentoring or guiding engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
