Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role: Full-Stack Software Engineer – Chat Platform. Develop and support scalable, consumer-facing applications within an enterprise environment focusing on real-time messaging, conversational AI, and cross-platform SDK integrations (Web/iOS/Android).

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain robust applications using TypeScript, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Real-Time Systems: Build support for real-time messaging infrastructure using WebSockets and integrate diverse client SDKs.
• AI Integration: Develop conversational flows leveraging Dialogflow CX / GECX.
• Troubleshooting & Production Support: Independently resolve complex issues across backend services, real-time layers, and client applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of professional experience.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud services (GCP), SQL/NoSQL databases, and Agile methodologies.
