Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Full Stack Engineer to join our product team in Chennai, India.
In this Hybrid role, you will deliver robust full-stack development leveraging cloud-native microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), while driving AI Engineering initiatives — designing and integrating GenAI models, agentic workflows, and ML pipelines to solve complex business challenges for Ford Motor Company's manufacturing digital engineering division.
Full Stack Engineering Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive web applications using Angular/React, TypeScript
- Build scalable backend services with Spring Boot, Java in a microservices architecture
- Migrate legacy applications to GCP and modernize codebases
- Conduct rigorous code reviews ensuring adherence to industry standards
AI/ML Engineering Responsibilities:
- Integrate GenAI capabilities and agentic workflows within the GCP ecosystem
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch on Vertex AI
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines for data preprocessing to deployment
Observability & Telemetry:
You will build strong observability including automated performance monitoring, logging (Splunk), tracing (OpenTelemetry), and alerting using Dynatrace.
Quality & DevOps:
- Actively participate in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines
- Automate unit/integration testing with JUnit, Selenium
- Maintain high code coverage standards using SonarQube
