Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain the software backbone of our precision oncology platform. This role involves working across frontend applications, backend services, APIs, healthcare data, and system architecture to power our products and ecosystem.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including product, design, ML, and research—to solve complex problems from first principles. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, testing, and maintaining production-grade software across healthcare products.
• Developing frontend applications, backend services, and APIs with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
• Contributing to system architecture and translating clinical/technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Ensuring maintainability, reliability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshooting systems, improving developer workflows, and participating in technical planning and code reviews.
• Working closely with healthcare interoperability teams to integrate data standards like DICOM, FHIR, and HL7.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with modern development practices.
• Proven expertise in building and shipping production web applications.
• Deep understanding of systems design, application architecture, and APIs.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and healthcare data handling.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on technical trade-offs and ownership.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR compliance for sensitive healthcare data.
