Role Overview
We are hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI-Native) who already uses AI-assisted development as a core part of their workflow. This is not an experimental role; we need engineers with proven professional experience, solid fundamentals, and real production exposure to solve actual business problems.
- Contribute to AI-assisted product development and platform engineering
- Build catalogue growth systems and automation tools
- Create API integrations and operational tooling
- Manage data quality, structured data systems, and dashboards
- Debug production issues and optimize business processes
Who We're Looking For
We seek engineers with 1+ years of professional experience at recognized tech or product companies. You should have a strong academic foundation (Tier 1/2 preferred) in Computer Science or related fields.
Your core skills must include:
- Full-stack development (Backend, Frontend)
- AI-native practices: Proficiency with Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
- Bridging business problems to technical solutions
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
Evaluation Criteria
Candidates will be assessed on engineering fundamentals, AI-assisted development capability, problem-solving skills, and commercial judgement. The final stage includes a five-day paid work trial.
