About This Role

This is a Full Stack Software Engineer position at Replicant, an AI recruiting client of Jack & Jill. Replicant is a ~$110M venture-backed voice AI leader supported by Stripes and Salesforce Ventures, revolutionizing customer service for major enterprises like AAA and Fanatics.

The Mission

You will design and deliver technology powering natural, human-like conversations at scale within the USA & Canada. Working with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python on Kubernetes, you'll build rich user experiences and backend services enabling customers to launch AI-powered voice and chat products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end features for core AI voice and chat products using a modern stack (TypeScript/Node.js/React).Integrate advanced speech recognition, text-to-speech, and conversational AI models into production systems to enhance interaction quality.
