Full Stack QA Developer

About The Role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company managing applications and next steps. We are seeking a Full Stack QA Developer based in India for an advanced financial trading platform spanning forex and crypto markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Testing: Conduct functional, integration, API, regression, and exploratory testing across web applications to ensure performance, stability, and security.
• Risk Review: Analyze product specifications early in development to identify gaps, ambiguous behaviors, and quality risks.
• Automation Development: Build scalable E2E automation suites using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript and API integration tests in Python.
• Flaky Test Resolution: Investigate failing tests, root-cause issues, and improve suite reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with developers and product managers to resolve defects and prevent quality issues.
• Release Validation: Validate pre-deployment releases and communicate risks clearly prior to launch.
• AJ Tool Utilization: Integrate approved AI tools into daily workflows to optimize test coverage, case creation, and efficiency.

Requirements & Skills

• Practical experience with manual testing strategies and automated frameworks for web applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in Playwright/TypeScript/JavaScript (E2E) and Python (API).
• Familiarity with trading products, financial markets, forex, or cryptocurrency platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take accountability for product quality.
• Native-level fluency in Russian; English proficiency at B2 level or above.
