Torentify is partnering with a large insurance firm based in Chicago, IL for an exclusive long-term contract (with option to hire) offering 100% remote flexibility.

About the Role:
You will lead design and development of complex applications across interconnected enterprise systems. Deliver scalable frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps solutions while ensuring data quality and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Build robust backend services in Python and contribute to responsive frontends using React.js or Angular.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Manage AWS environments, develop CI/CD pipelines with Terraform, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Data Engineering: Collaborate with DBAs on SQL Server design, stored procedures, SSRS reports, and SSIS packages to maintain data integrity.
• Augmented Development: Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to accelerate workflows and improve code quality.
• Mentorship & Quality: Review code for best practices, lead architecture decisions, create logical diagrams, and produce technical documentation (disaster recovery, design specs).
