About the Role: Full Stack Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Platform Developer to develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Express.js, and NestJS.

Key Responsibilities:

• API Development & Concurrency: Build resilient APIs with retries, caching, timeouts, and error handling. Implement asynchronous programming using WebSockets/SSE for real-time log streaming.
• Observability Integration: Integrate Kubernetes clusters with tools like Prometheus (PromQL), OpenTelemetry, Loki, and Kafka for metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.
• Data & Storage Solutions: Work extensively with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MinIO/S3 storage systems. Build reusable connectors for infrastructure monitoring and health checks.
• Security & Operations: Implement secure operational workflows featuring RBAC and auditing to ensure system integrity.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose backend performance issues in collaboration with SRE, infrastructure, and application teams.

Required Skills:

• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MinIO/S3
• Kubernetes APIs, Kafka, and monitoring integrations
• AWS/Cloud infrastructure knowledge (implied by S3/K8s)

Good to Have:

• Grafana dashboards
• Loki experience
• Distributed systems expertise
