Full-Stack Mobile/Web App Developer

Role Overview:

This is a part-time, remote position for an hands-on engineer capable of building and leading. You will own the delivery of both a Flutter mobile app and a React-based web console while guiding a small team of developers across these frameworks.

• Developer: Construct screens, APIs, and data flows spanning mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Team Lead: Plan sprints, review pull requests, unblock teammates, and maintain high quality standards.
• DevOps Owner: Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, environments, secrets management, and monitoring.
• Business-facing Engineer: Translate requirements from non-technical stakeholders into scoped tasks, estimates, and clear status updates.

Key Responsibilities include building cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter/Dart (with state management, navigation, offline caching, push notifications) and React/TypeScript web consoles using Next.js or Vite. You will ensure UI consistency across platforms by designing REST APIs with FastAPI (Python), modeling data in PostgreSQL (Supabase) including Row-Level Security policies for multi-tenancy, implementing JWT/OAuth2 authentication with RBAC, building real-time features via WebSockets and MQTT for IoT pipelines, supporting analytics using DuckDB/Parquet and LLM/RAG integration, managing DevOps on Docker and Railway, writing comprehensive tests, and presenting technical trade-offs to leadership.

• Work with both Flutter/Dart and React/TypeScript frameworks.
• Apply solid grounding in JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3 including Tailwind or CSS-in-JS.
• Utilize Python (FastAPI) or Node.js for backend logic with async programming knowledge.
• Demonstrate strong SQL skills specifically within PostgreSQL environments.
• Maintain version control using Git/GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
