About the Role

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Full Stack LLM Engineer – Data Scientist to join the Applications Development & Intelligence Automation team within the CAT IT Division. This role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, at the Caterpillar PSN facility.

As a Full Stack LLM Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering end-to-end system features using Python. Your daily tasks will involve working on user experience, backend code, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance client services with a cloud-first and agile approach.

What You Will Do

• Develop and engineer end-to-end system features using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve client services.
• Leverage new technologies to solve challenging business problems with a cloud-first and agile mindset.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

What You Will Have

• Minimum 5+ years of experience required.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Good to Have Skills:
• Experience with cloud-first and agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Django, Flask, or Node.js.
• Solid grasp of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• A strong educational background in computer science or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

• Work Schedule: 5 days a week in the office.
• Shift Timing: 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST.
