Full Stack Java Developer

We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in React.js and JavaScript to join our dynamic team at Forward Eye Technologies in Gurugram. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative software development projects.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or an equivalent field.

• Collaborate closely with project and product teams to understand requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for software development initiatives.
• Design and implement comprehensive full-stack solutions, encompassing front-end, back-end, and database components, with a focus on high performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop robust server-side applications using languages such as Java, React, and JavaScript, integrating them with databases like MySQL and MongoDB, and other third-party services.
• Implement RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication and data exchange between front-end and back-end systems, facilitating effective system integration.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, identify and resolve bugs, and implement necessary fixes to maintain optimal code quality and performance.
• Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance product development processes and outcomes.

• Demonstrated passion for coding, with a proven record of participation in hackathons or coding challenges.
• Excellent practical, hands-on experience with core technologies like Java and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and UI frameworks such as React or Flutter will be considered a significant advantage.
• In-depth understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (e.g., JPA2, Hibernate).
• Proficiency in essential Software Engineering tools including Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Git, and similar.
• Strong aptitude for understanding and programming complex logical programs.
• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a proven track record of effective problem-solving.
• Good interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both senior and junior team members.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
