Full Job Description

Join the engineering team at ixigo to build and scale our Voice AI stack as a FullStack Intern. You will work with production systems on projects including voice bots, agent assist tools, servicing dashboards, and backend infrastructure using modern AI technologies like LLMs, STT/TTS, and Python/TypeScript.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the architecture of the AI Voice Bot stack.
  • Develop queue and retry frameworks for high-volume call scheduling.
  • Enhance voice call automation with robust monitoring and observability.
  • Build backend data pipelines and frontend interfaces for the Servicing Insights Dashboard.
  • Research emerging Voice AI technologies to improve internal tools.
Tech Stack: Python, TypeScript/Node.js, FastAPI/Flask, LLMs, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with strong programming fundamentals. Experience or interest in full-stack engineering and Voice AI systems for CX use cases is a plus.
