Full Stack GIS Mobile Developer

About Us

We are seeking a talented Full Stack GIS Mobile Developer to join our international team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications equipped with advanced GIS capabilities for disaster response scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (data scientists, UX designers) to define requirements, design architecture, and ship new features rapidly.
• Bug fixing and optimization: Ensure high performance of applications under low-bandwidth conditions common in disaster zones.
• Tech stack evolution: Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies to maximize development efficiency for our global platform.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role within the geospatial sector.
• Mobile & GIS Expertise: Solid experience developing mobile applications (iOS/Android) with integrated GIS functionalities and map rendering libraries.
• Front-end Proficiency: Deep knowledge of multiple front-end languages including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), XML, jQuery, along with modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Back-end Skills: Experience with server-side languages such as C#, Java, Python, and Node.js. Familiarity with microservices architecture is a plus.
• Data Management: Strong familiarity with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
