About the Role

As Technical Lead for SDLC Platform Engineering at BCG's Gurgaon office, you will define technical direction for an enterprise AI platform transforming software delivery. You will design scalable AI capabilities integrating Atlassian ecosystems (Jira, Confluence) and modern practices like Model Context Protocol (MCP), event-driven architectures, and autonomous multi-agent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for AI architecture and engineering standards across Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Mentor engineers while driving evolution toward secure, resilient, observable platforms aligned with Responsible AI principles.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve developer productivity and accelerate software delivery globally.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI plus 8+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale platforms (must have).
• Expertise in Generative AI, intelligent agent architectures using LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and manage complex DevSecOps ecosystems including CI/CD pipelines.

Collaboration

You will partner with Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Security teams, and engineering leaders to establish standards and drive adoption of modern AI practices. This role involves in-person collaboration (approx. 50% time) within the BCG Gurgaon office.
