Full Stack Engineer - Remote Opportunity with Indecab

Uplers is seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer for a remote, full-time permanent position. This role is with Uplers' client, Indecab, a company building powerful technology for the taxi-fleet industry in India. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, small agile team focused on creating impactful web applications across various devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end).
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs to support application functionality.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for peak performance and scalability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Continuously stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its associated ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Hooks).
• Proficiency in Node.js, or alternative back-end languages like Python or Java with relevant frameworks.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control systems, with a strong preference for Git.
• Solid understanding of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Engagement Details:

• Opportunity Type: Remote
• Placement Type: Full Time Permanent position (Payroll and Compliance managed by Indecab)
• Salary: INR 1,000,000 - 1,800,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
• Notice Period: 15 Days
• Working Shift: (GMT+05:30) Asia/Kolkata (IST) - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
• Leaves: 21 leaves per year.
• Benefits: No PF or medical insurance provided. A work device will be provided by Indecab.
