Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our small, high-ownership engineering team in Bengaluru. You will be pivotal in building systems that process large volumes of enterprise data using reliable workflows and AI/LLM capabilities.

You'll work across:

• Backend & Frontend Development
• Data Processing & Cloud Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:
- Build APIs and backend services using TypeScript/NestJS.
- Develop durable, long-running workflows using Temporal.
- Create responsive interfaces with React + Vite.
- Leverage Python for data processing and AI workflows.
- Handle large datasets efficiently with Polars, DuckDB, and Parquet.
- Manage database interactions using PostgreSQL and Redis, integrated within Azure
- Build reliable tests and troubleshoot complex production issues independently.

We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production work.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and good working knowledge of Python.
• Solid experience in backend/API development and database management (SQL).
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, startup-like environment.
