Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: Full Stack Engineer specializing in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.

Mission: Help move the organization from Implemented AI toward Future Ready AI by turning individual AI uses into repeatable, measured, secure, scalable, and continuously improving engineering practices. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring expertise to improve how teams plan, build, test, review, deploy, monitor, and support software using artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) collaborating with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Lead the integration of cross-functional efforts for seamless project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Technical Expertise Required:

• Must Have: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration. Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, APIs, databases, cloud services, and modern web application architecture.
• AI-Enabled SDLC: Evidence of using AI to improve requirements analysis, coding, code review, test generation, regression testing, defect triage, documentation, release readiness, or production support. Ability to scale safe, repeatable practices across teams.
• Architecture & Operations: Design AI-enabled workflows with clear data flows, secure APIs, permissions, scalability, and failure handling. Experience with AI evaluation/testing, output validation, access controls, logging, monitoring, incident response, and production support.
• Adoption Standards: Establish practical standards, reusable instructions, testing expectations, review checklists, training programs, and outcome measures for developer/QA teams to adopt safe AI practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Full Stack Engineering with a focus on AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills: Experience with React Native, Automation in Application Development, and Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS.

Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education required.
