Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are hiring Full Stack Engineers for our Pune delivery team. In this role, you will own features completely—from data modeling to UI deployment—and participate directly in client calls to gather requirements and manage technical queries.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Building full-stack solutions (Frontend: React/Next.js/Angular; Backend: Node/Python/Java) with a focus on database schemas, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Taking end-to-end ownership of design, coding, unit testing, debugging using AI tools, and post-production support.
• Collaborating directly with clients to explain trade-offs and define solutions.

We Are Looking For:

• Candidates with 2-4 years of experience demonstrating depth in both frontend and backend frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud infrastructure management, and CI/CD practices.
• Daily active use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to enhance productivity while maintaining output quality.
• Strong English communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Hiring Process

The process consists of an HR screening (20-30 min), a technical round (90 min), and a managerial discussion. Decisions are communicated after each stage to ensure transparency.
