Full Stack Engineer

As an engineering hub, METRO Global Solution Center (MGSC) in Pune offers a wide array of solutions to digitize the wholesale business, from point-of-sale systems and delivery software to e-commerce platforms and mobile assistants. You will collaborate with cross-functional product teams to solve customer problems by delivering and supporting product functionalities. This involves participation in all phases of software engineering, from inception and coding to testing, delivery, and operation. You will be responsible for writing high-quality, clean code that adheres to best practices, advocating for improvements in product quality, security, and performance, and collaborating with engineers on infrastructure to launch new features.

A key aspect of this role is interacting with clients to understand and define their needs, providing expert advice when necessary. You'll have the chance to explore and implement microservices architecture for splitting large projects into manageable subprojects and contribute to a team dedicated to continuous development and making the digital world better.
