Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and data pipelines.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Implement best practices in security, performance, and testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
• Continuously improve existing codebase and infrastructure.
• Participate in agile development processes including scrum methodology, sprints planning, and daily stand-up meetings.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong back-end development skills with Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Good understanding of version control systems like Git for collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or other DevOps practices.
• Experience deploying applications on major cloud platforms including AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure (Microsoft Cloud), or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest for JavaScript unit tests, Cypress for end-to-end browser automation, and Mocha for test suites.
• Additional experience with TypeScript type safety, Next.js server-side rendering framework, or NestJS backend architecture is a significant plus.
