Full Stack Engineer

Accenture is seeking a Full Stack DevOps Engineer to join our team in Pune. This role involves developing and engineering end-to-end system features, from user experience to backend code, delivering innovative solutions for clients. You will leverage new technologies, embracing a cloud-first and agile mindset to solve challenging business problems.

As a Full Stack DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications. This includes implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring high system reliability and performance. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance development workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, Go). Develop RESTful APIs, integrate with third-party services, and ensure performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. Integrate and support AI-driven tools and frameworks, including Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
• DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI. Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Pulumi, and CrossPlane. Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). Set up automated monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Datadog. Enhance system reliability, security, and scalability through automation and best practices.
• Operations & Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and DevOps strategy discussions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on uptime and performance. Implement security best practices and assist with compliance standards. Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development workflows.

Required Skills:

• Languages: Backend: Python, Java, Node.js, Go, Ruby, C#. Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Frameworks: Frontend: React, Angular, Vue.js. Backend: Express.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask.
• APIs: RESTful and GraphQL API design and integration.
• Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket workflows.
• DevOps & Automation Tools: CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.), Configuration Management (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.), Monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Compute & Networking, Storage & Databases, Containerization (Docker), Container Orchestration (Kubernetes).
• System Administration & Networking: Linux, Bash scripting, Networking Fundamentals, Security & Compliance.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Automated Testing, Performance & Load Testing.
• Observability & Incident Response: Monitoring, Alerting & Incident Management, Logging, Agentic AI Framework (CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen).
• Security & Compliance Awareness: Secure coding practices, Infrastructure security, Compliance frameworks.
• Soft Skills & Mindset: Problem-solving, collaboration, agile methodologies, continuous learning.

Bonus / Emerging Skills: Serverless architectures, GitOps, AIOps, SRE principles.

Note: Minimum 15 years of experience in DevOps is required. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.
