Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview:

• Develop full-stack web applications using modern React (hooks, context, state management) for dynamic frontend interfaces including dashboards and forms.
• Build robust backend services with Java Spring Boot or Python, designing REST APIs that handle authentication and business logic securely.
• Create intuitive UI/UX solutions from wireframes, ensuring clean design across all edge cases like loading states and error handling.
• Design efficient PostgreSQL schemas, write optimized queries for data integrity, and manage database migrations effectively.
• Deploy scalable applications on AWS using S3 for file storage while maintaining basic operational awareness in production environments.
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate coding, debugging, and code scaffolding workflows daily.
• Demonstrate ownership by delivering complete features from concept to deployment without dependency blockers.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Product Managers on UI tradeoffs, Backend Engineers on API contracts, and DevOps teams on deployment logistics.
