About This Role

We are an AI startup focused on the healthcare sector, building systems to train and evaluate artificial intelligence models within realistic medical environments. We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who can build platform replicas for reinforcement learning (RL) and develop internal tools that optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build full-stack replicas of existing healthcare platforms used as the foundation for RL environments.
• Create internal tools to accelerate team shipping speed and reduce execution load on ML engineers.
• Develop tooling for demos, experimentation, and internal operations.
• Collaborate directly with ML engineers to define requirements and execute quickly.
• Navigate shifting priorities between environment builds and tool development.
• Leverage modern AI coding tools as a core part of your daily workflow.
