Role Overview: We are building the future of talent intelligence and need a Full Stack Developer who is eager to ship code that makes an impact. You will work end-to-end across our stack, collaborate with a high-ownership team, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship features across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Python).
- Create scalable APIs and integrate third-party services and AI workflows.
- Manage PostgreSQL databases on Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Closely collaborate with product and design teams to launch live features rapidly.
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React / Next.js
- Backend: Node.js, Python
- Databases: PostgreSQL (primary), MongoDB/Redis
- Cloud/AI Tools: Azure, Bitbucket/Git, Claude/Copilot/Codex
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on full stack experience in a product or SaaS environment.
- Fluency in Python, Node.js, and React.
- Active usage of AI tools in daily development workflow.
- Comfort with Git workflows, cloud deployment (Azure), and writing maintainable code.
