About the Role: Senior Product Engineer — End-to-End Platform

About the Product: Join True Tech Professionals as the sole engineer responsible for a live SaaS platform for professional photographers. This platform spans five development surfaces: a React web application, Electron-based desktop apps (macOS/Windows), mobile apps (iOS/Android via Capacitor), and an AI face-matching service. The platform handles live payments, manages customer photo libraries at scale, and integrates with Razorpay for subscriptions and webhooks.

The Role: You will own the entire platform—from development to production deployment—designing, coding, and maintaining all five surfaces. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining a Node.js/Express + MongoDB backend with Razorpay payment integration.
• Building and maintaining a React web application.
• Building, code-signing, and releasing Electron desktop apps (macOS/Windows) with offline upload queueing.
• Developing and releasing iOS/Android apps (Capacitor), managing App Store/Google Play releases, signing keys, and handling framework/SDK upgrades.
• Maintaining a Python/FastAPI face-recognition service and its matching pipeline.
• Administering production Linux servers, backups, security hardening, and S3-compatible object storage.
• Establishing automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for all components.
• Ensuring production security, access control, and compliance with India DPDP/GDPR.

Must-Have Experience:

• 5+ years building and running production web applications end-to-end.
• Node.js/Express + MongoDB in production with live payment-gateway integration (Razorpay or equivalent).
• React in production.
• Electron: Shipped desktop apps on macOS/Windows, including code-signing and auto-updates.
• Mobile app development (iOS/Android) with App Store/Google Play releases, signing/keystore management, and SDK upgrades.
• Python (FastAPI) in production.
• Linux server administration for production systems, backups, security hardening, and incident response.
• CI/CD and automated testing setup from scratch.
• Experience as a solo owner with no QA or DevOps team.

Nice-to-Have:

• Face recognition/computer-vision pipelines in production.
• Experience with media-heavy platforms (large file uploads/processing/delivery).
• India DPDP/GDPR compliance implementation.
