Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) – AI-Assisted Development

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with 4–5 years of expertise in Java and React to build scalable web applications. This role emphasizes AI-assisted development, leveraging tools like OpenAI Codex and Claude to enhance productivity, accelerate delivery, and improve code quality.

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create responsive, efficient user interfaces with React (hooks, component-based architecture).
• Design RESTful APIs that seamlessly integrate frontend systems.
• Leverage AI coding tools for development, debugging, testing, and workflow acceleration.
• Take full ownership of features from concept through deployment.
• Craft clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with product and design teams to deliver functional solutions.

• 4–5 years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, system design fundamentals, and debugging skills.

• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and build systems.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based features or integrations in development workflows.

• The ability to independently deliver end-to-end features with strong ownership and accountability.
• A practical approach to problem-solving while maintaining high code quality alongside AI tool usage.
