Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Simpalm is hiring a Full Stack Developer for one of our direct clients in the USA. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated software professional who excels in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, React, JavaScript, and SQL technologies.
• Build and integrate event-driven services utilizing Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.
• Implement caching strategies with Redis to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to define new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in rigorous code reviews to improve overall code quality, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
• Contribute to architecture design discussions with technical recommendations.
• Work closely with QA teams for high-quality deliverables and successful product releases.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity while maintaining strong engineering judgment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of hands-on full-stack web application development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies (.NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs).
• Solid experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on Apache Kafka knowledge (producers/consumers, topics).
• Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for cloud-native application development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CIC/CD pipelines experience, specifically Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP.
• Docker and Kubernetes containerization knowledge.
