The Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives on end-to-end product ownership, solving complex customer problems, and shipping high-quality code at speed. Ideal candidates come from top-tier product companies, SaaS startups, AI ventures, or fast-growing tech firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own full-stack features across frontend (React) and backend systems using Go, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Design scalable APIs, robust data models, efficient workflows, and high-performance system architectures.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to deliver impactful customer-facing solutions.
- Ensure application reliability, maintainability, scalability, and top-tier performance.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, debugging sessions, and architectural guidance.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) while maintaining rigorous engineering standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 6–10 years of full-stack software engineering expertise.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend ecosystems.
- Backend: Expertise in at least one backend language: Golang, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of APIs, distributed systems, databases, and system design.
- Mindset: Strong product sense with the ability to make thoughtful technical decisions quickly.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience building AI-powered applications or LLM-based products.
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems, workflow orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
