Full Stack Engineer III

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to lead architecture decisions and develop robust web applications. This role involves designing scalable APIs, mentoring junior developers, and optimizing complex systems across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Design scalable APIs and integrate them with responsive front-end interfaces.
• Lead architecture and design decisions for new features and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues across the stack.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Python and C++.
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring developers.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, network and socket programming, System design, and microservices.
• Knowledge on AI/ML architecture and interfacing methodologies.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery).
• Familiarity with container orchestration and cloud-native development.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
