Role: Full Stack Engineer

About this Role:

You will be responsible for developing end-to-end system features from user experience to backend code. You must leverage new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset to deliver innovative solutions that help clients improve their services.

Summary of Daily Work:

Your typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features spanning UIs to backend services. This role requires active engagement in the full development lifecycle, adopting new technologies with a cloud-first strategy and agile practices. You will collaborate across teams, lead implementation of best practices, mentor junior members, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team.
• Take responsibility for key technical decisions with multiple stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers to support their professional growth.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through leading best practices and standards.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Must Have: Proficiency in Platform Engineering; Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms for scalable/resilient system design; Experience with containerization, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines; Ability to work with various full-stack languages/frameworks; Understanding of security best practices.
