Full stack Engineer

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, reliable, and user-centric software solutions from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone passionate about owning end-to-end features, working across backend and frontend technologies, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications using modern web technologies.
• Build scalable backend services with Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), and PostgreSQL.
• Develop responsive interfaces with React and Next.js.
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability while adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and software quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous product improvements.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Django, Django REST Framework, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with asynchronous processing, background jobs, and scalable architecture.
• Familiarity with Git, testing frameworks, debugging, and modern development best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
