Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for Python Fullstack Developers to contribute to our AI ecosystem. The GenAI Fullstack Engineer will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and deploying scalable and efficient AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on privacy, security, and fairness. Key responsibilities include developing Angular and React JS-based user interfaces, creating robust APIs for platform integration, building a flexible Machine Learning (ML) document processing pipeline, and integrating with various Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms. This role involves close collaboration with business partners and IT team members to understand system requirements and deliver effective solutions within an Agile framework, participating in all phases of the development and system support lifecycle.

Primary duties involve building AI platforms leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), other Gen AI capabilities, and Agentic AI. You will provide design solutions for portal integrations, enhancements, and automation requests. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking technologist passionate about solving complex functional and technical challenges in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Full stack development, including triage, design, coding, and implementation.
• Develop enterprise-grade AI solutions with a focus on privacy, security, and fairness.
• Conduct code reviews with scrum teams to ensure readiness for production deployment.
• Research and identify new solutions and methods to meet diverse and evolving business needs.
• Establish, improve, and maintain proactive monitoring and management of supported assets to ensure performance, availability, security, and capacity.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with delivery partners and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Front-End Development Skills

• HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Proficiency in foundational web interface technologies.
• Front-End Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for interactive and responsive user interfaces.
• UI/UX Design: Basic understanding of user experience and user interface design principles.

Back-End Development Skills

• Server-Side Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python or Node.js.
• APIs: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, Flask, Fast API, or GraphQL APIs.
• Database Management: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

DevOps and Cloud Skills

• Containerization and Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift for application containerization and orchestration.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and practices.
• Security Best Practices: Understanding of security principles and best practices for data and system protection, including IAM, encryption, and network security.
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying and managing applications and AI models.

AI and Machine Learning Skills (Good to have, not mandatory)

• Foundations in Machine Learning and Deep Learning: Understanding of algorithms, neural networks, supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Generative Models: Knowledge of generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Knowledge of NLP techniques and libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers) for text generation.
• Model Deployment: Experience deploying models using services like TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or cloud-based solutions (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform).
• Basic understanding of implementing Prompt Engineering, Finetuning, RAG, and Agents.

Required Experience & Education:

• 1-3 Years of Experience.
• Previous experience as a Fullstack developer with strong programming skills.
• Experience working within the healthcare industry is desirable.
• Familiarity with healthcare-specific IT systems and industry regulations, such as Electronic Health Record systems and HIPAA.
