Role: Foundational Full Stack Engineer

About the Opportunity

This is a foundational hire where you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Co-founders, own products end-to-end, and set the engineering tone for our growing team. Ideal if you dream of building your own product or startup; this role offers real ownership over millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack solutions from data models/APIs to mobile-first experiences used by parents daily.
• Act as an AI-native engineer: effectively drive coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor) and design agentic workflows to multiply team output.
• Own architecture decisions with a deep grounding in clean architecture for scalable systems.
• Sit close to founders and users to shape the roadmap, prototype fast, and iterate based on real parent feedback.
• Set the tone for engineering culture regarding code quality, review standards, and documentation.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of full-stack experience with products you are proud to demo.
• Tier-1 engineering college preferred (IIT/NIT/BITS/DTU or equivalent).
• Adept at AI coding agents and automation workflows, using them as a force multiplier rather than a crutch.
• Strong fundamentals in clean architecture, system design, and maintainable solutions.
• Founded mindset: driven, high-agency, and ambitious to build your own products or startup someday.

Growth Path

As the team grows around you, choose your track: deepen as a Staff Engineer or step up as an Engineering Manager. You will receive full mentorship from Co-founders with leadership exposure starting in month one.
