Full Stack Engineer at Accenture

Accenture is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for their Gurugram, India location. This role involves developing and engineering end-to-end system features, from user experience to backend code, leveraging new technologies and a cloud-first, agile mindset to solve challenging business problems. The position offers the opportunity to build agentic, production-grade AI applications on Microsoft's AI platform, going from idea to working solution rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing agent and workflow architectures (single/multi-agent, routing, tool calling, memory/state).
• Building rapid prototypes and hardening them for production, focusing on security, reliability, monitoring, and cost.
• Implementing enterprise integrations (APIs, data sources, connectors, functions) and shipping end-to-end experiences (Teams/web).
• Creating and maintaining evaluation harnesses for quality, regressions, safety, and prompt/tool tests.
• Building with modern AI-assisted engineering workflows, including agentic coding and PR automation.
• Developing agentic AI applications, such as tool-using agents that plan, act, and complete workflows.
• Implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) with enterprise grounding using Azure AI Search and Microsoft data sources.
• Building copilots/agents using Copilot Studio (low code) and/or pro-code stacks (Foundry + SDKs).
• Ensuring observability and evaluation through tracing, metrics, and safe operations for agents.

Required Skills:

• Strong software engineering in C#/.NET and/or Python API-first and cloud-native patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI app development and tool/function calling patterns.
• Experience building agentic systems using one or more of the following:
  • Microsoft Agent Framework (or Semantic Kernel agent framework)
  • Semantic Kernel / AutoGen patterns (multi-agent orchestration)
• Production mindset: experience with testing, CI/CD, telemetry, and incident readiness.
• Proficiency with Azure services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB / Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Copilot Studio (agents, connectors, plugins, actions).
• Understanding of secure-by-design principles, including identity, secrets, and least-privilege access patterns (e.g., Entra-backed auth).

Desired Skills:

• Azure AI Foundry Agents experience (agent service + SDK), including tracing/monitoring.
• Experience with Copilot Studio: generative answers/actions, plugins, connectors, multi-channel publishing.
• Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) for tool/server interoperability.
• Practical use of GitHub Copilot Agent Mode for development acceleration.
• Familiarity with Claude Code for agentic coding in terminal/IDE.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• 15 years of full-time education required.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
