Project Role Description: We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer responsible for the end-to-end development and engineering of system features, encompassing both user experience and backend code. You will utilize your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that empower our clients to enhance their service offerings. This role requires leveraging new technologies to solve complex business challenges with a cloud-first and agile approach.

Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack DevOps Engineer who combines robust software development expertise with strong DevOps and cloud infrastructure skills. In this role, you will be accountable for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable web applications. You will also be responsible for implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure management, and ensuring high levels of system reliability and performance. Your work will involve close collaboration with developers, QA engineers, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance overall development workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing modern front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, and Go.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with various third-party services.
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security across the entire technology stack.
• Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure

• Build and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) through the use of tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Pulumi, and CrossPlane.
• Deploy and monitor applications within cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes, along with Helm.
• Set up automated monitoring, logging, and alerting systems with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, the ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Enhance system reliability, security, and scalability by implementing automation and adhering to best practices.

Operations & Collaboration

• Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to DevOps strategy discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a strong focus on maintaining system uptime and performance.
• Implement and enforce security best practices, and provide assistance with compliance standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows.

Additional Information:

The candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in DevOps. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
