Full Stack Engineer - Gurugram
Accenture is seeking a forward-thinking Full Stack Engineer with an AI-first mindset to join our team in Gurugram. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI within Workplace Collaboration Platforms. You will be instrumental in driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence by conceptualizing and implementing AI-driven enhancements to traditional collaboration processes.
About The Role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and engineering of system features, from user experience to backend code. You will utilize your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, applying new technologies to solve challenging business problems with a cloud-first and agile approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption.
- Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade collaboration platforms and unified communication services across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing collaboration solutions.
- Design Copilot prompts and copilots for workplace scenarios, orchestrating LangChain RAG workflows grounded in approved content.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior professionals and assist in their development.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning).
- Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms, Neural Networks (NN), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, and value realization in AI projects.
- Experience in implementing collaboration governance frameworks including retention, compliance, and DLP.
- Experience in automation leveraging DevOps pipelines and managing CI/CD workflows with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Must Have Skills
- Expertise in EntraID & M365 Services including Productivity Apps, Google Suite & AWS.
- Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Voice & Contact Center solutions like Teams, Cisco, Zoom etc.
- Microsoft 365 expertise.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the Workplace Cloud Platforms ecosystem.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to manage complex hybrid environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience required in Workplace collaboration services with M365, Google Suite & AWS.
Educational Qualification
15 years of full-time education required.

- Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Preferred:
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
