Full Stack Engineer - Hybrid Network Infrastructure

Accenture is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and managing complex hybrid network infrastructures. You will leverage your expertise across various networking platforms, encompassing multi-vendor and multi-cloud environments, to deliver intelligent solutions and optimize operations. This position demands a cloud-first and agile mindset, utilizing automation and AI-based observability tools to tackle challenging business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available SD-WAN network infrastructure on leading vendor platforms including Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma, Fortinet, Velo Cloud, Versa, and HPe Silverpeak.
• Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available LAN/WLAN network infrastructure on vendor platforms such as Cisco Wireless, Aruba, and Juniper MIST.
• Implement and manage robust networking solutions for cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, incorporating cloud-native network controls and third-party integrations.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure using AI-aided tools and advanced automation techniques.
• Drive the development of new solutions, architecting and establishing standards for networking infrastructure operations with a strong emphasis on SRE principles.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with full-stack components.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using templates and central orchestration tools like Catalyst Center, Aruba Central, Prisma, and Forti-Manager.
• Automate deployments through provisioning tools to achieve zero or low-touch provisioning.
• Ensure strict adherence to networking best practices and organizational policies.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new networking technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to team members, end clients, and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in core routing and switching network infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Deep understanding and practical experience with SD-WAN and LAN/WLAN technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud networking platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience in SD Access and Authentication services, including Network Access Control (Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass).
• Proficiency in Python, Ansible, or similar automation scripting tools.
• Expertise in AI-aided observability and network management tools.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and orchestration platforms for network infrastructure.
• Strong grasp of networking, security, and cloud networking best practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network incidents and infrastructure issues.
• Experience with Data Center networking platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Firewalls, VPN, and DDI platforms.

Qualifications:

15 years of full-time education is required.
