Full Stack Engineer - Accenture Gurugram
Accenture is seeking a forward-thinking Full Stack Engineer with an AI-first mindset to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks within Workplace Collaboration Platforms.
About The Role
As a Full Stack Engineer at Accenture, you will engineer end-to-end system features, from user experience to backend code. You will utilize your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, embracing new technologies and a cloud-first, agile approach to solve challenging business problems.
This role requires a strong understanding of various business functions and a passion for AI innovation. You will have rich experience in delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and implementing AI-driven enhancements to traditional Workplace Security processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence.
You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade security & compliance across workplace platforms like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Collaboration with cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners is key to delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing collaboration solutions for our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and perform independently.
- Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption.
- Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows.
- Provide influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, offering solutions that span across teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior professionals and assist in their development and understanding of application processes.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies including Entra ID, M365 Security Suite, Sentinel, OneIdentity & PingIdentity.
- Expertise in Intune/MECM, Gsuite, Omnissa, Windows 11, MacOS, and Linux platforms.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the Workplace Cloud Platforms ecosystem.
- Ensuring compliance with security best practices and organizational policies.

Required Certifications
- Microsoft: SC-200, SC-300, AZ-104, AZ-900, MS-500, or equivalent.
