Full Stack Engineer - Flutter, Bangalore

Hoomanely is seeking a talented Full Stack Flutter Engineer to contribute to the development and scaling of high-performance mobile and backend applications within the burgeoning pet wellness industry. The ideal candidate will possess robust Flutter expertise, complemented by strong backend development skills and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and app deployment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Flutter App Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.
  • Backend Development: Build secure, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs leveraging technologies such as Go, Python, or Node.js.
  • API Integration: Seamlessly integrate mobile applications with backend services, external APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Establish and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
  • App Deployment & Release: Oversee app publishing, version control, and rollout strategies for the Play Store and App Store, ensuring adherence to platform guidelines.
  • Database Management: Design and implement integrations with SQL or NoSQL databases to support efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability across diverse devices and platforms.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests, incorporating automated testing within CI/CD for high product quality.
  • Agile Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams in an agile development framework.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain clear technical documentation and adhere to clean architecture principles, coding standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-stack development.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
  • Solid foundation in backend technologies (Go, Python, Node.js) and frontend frameworks (Flutter, React.js).
  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience deploying applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Proficiency in database management and integration.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaboration tools.
  • Experience with IoT technologies and connected device ecosystems is a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and API integration techniques.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
