Louder, a dynamic entertainment company based in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our core product development team. This role is instrumental in building, scaling, and rapidly deploying innovative features across our AI-powered ticketing system, event management tools, and other digital initiatives.
You will collaborate directly with the founding team, taking ownership of end-to-end feature development. This includes crafting intuitive front-end interfaces using React and Next.js, building robust back-end services with Node.js or Python, and designing/integrating APIs. A key aspect of this role involves connecting and implementing AI models from providers like Gemini and OpenAI, as well as developing custom LLM workflows for production environments. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Louder's core ticketing and entertainment products, including a PHP-based ticketing system.
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack web applications utilizing React, Next.js, Node.js, and contemporary frameworks.
- Integrate and leverage AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) to accelerate product development cycles.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product, to enhance digital experiences.
- Manage diverse databases (MongoDB, SQL/NoSQL) and integrate various third-party APIs.
- Oversee project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely feature delivery across multiple digital projects.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience, with the capacity to mentor a junior team of AI interns.
- Proven proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception through to deployment.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, SDKs, or tools conducive to rapid application development.
- Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in building and deploying AI / LLM systems in a production setting.
- Strong command of Python and modern AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
- In-depth understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and advanced techniques for enhancing LLM accuracy.
- Experience with AI agents, tool calling, and autonomous system development.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, embracing rapid iteration and experimentation based on empirical data.
- Enthusiasm for pioneering AI applications in complex workflow automation.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Prior experience in an early-stage startup or a role with significant entrepreneurial responsibility.
- Exposure to AI agent frameworks like LangChain, LangFlow, or similar.
- Proven track record of developing impactful products from inception.
- A startup and ownership mindset: adaptable, resourceful, and driven to deliver quickly.
- Experience in building AI web agents or browser automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with zero-to-one AI product development.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and observability tools.
