Position Details

This is an on-site role located initially in Pasig City, Philippines, with plans to relocate to Makati City in the near future. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test robust web applications according to defined system requirements.
• Implement efficient software architectures and ensure thorough module testing.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems by proactively identifying and resolving defects.
• Collaborate effectively with various project stakeholders, including Project Managers, Analysts, UI/UX designers, and Integration teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and deliver regular updates and system improvements.
• Contribute to technology evaluation processes and drive continuous process optimization.
• Actively participate in assigned project activities and commit to maintaining updated technical knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5/6, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with popular frameworks such as ReactJS, JQuery, and Laravel.
• Familiarity with designing and consuming REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience implementing Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git or TFS is highly advantageous.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, or Oracle is a significant plus.
• Demonstrated ability to write and optimize complex database queries for performance.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Previous experience working across multiple organizational units is considered beneficial for this role.
