About the Role
Paisalo Digital Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join its expanding team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions, a comprehensive grasp of modern design principles, and the capability to transform business requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and visual standards across products.
- Optimize applications for maximum usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results.
- Maintain and update design documentation and style guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Design & Prototyping Tools
- Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, or similar)
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design
- Wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping
- Responsive and mobile-first design
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (preferred)
Research & Testing
- User research and persona creation
- Usability testing and A/B testing
- Information architecture and interaction design
Collaboration & Tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience using collaboration tools like Jira or Trello
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with developers in agile product teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and web usability guidelines
- Understanding of branding and visual storytelling
