Full Stack Engineer
Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Python and Node.js/React.js to join our in-house technology team in New Delhi, India. This on-site or hybrid, full-time role requires a developer with strong backend experience in Python frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask, and working knowledge of Node.js and React.js for front-end development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable applications, APIs, and microservices, ensuring seamless integration with modern web interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and Node.js.
- Build responsive, component-based front-end interfaces with React.js.
- Create and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Work with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Collaborate with design, product management, and QA teams.
- Participate in code reviews, Git workflows, and CI/CD processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (Node.js, React.js).
- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and security best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with FastAPI or Django REST Framework.
- Knowledge of WebSockets, GraphQL, or real-time applications.
- Basic understanding of DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, Docker Compose).
- Exposure to AI/ML or IoT projects is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Compensation: INR 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 LPA (based on experience and skill alignment).
