Full Stack Engineer

Lystloc is seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Chennai, India. This permanent role involves developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and AWS Serverless technologies. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams.

Frontend Responsibilities:

• Develop fast, scalable, and responsive user interfaces with React.js and Next.js.
• Manage application state effectively using Redux (Saga) or Context API.
• Implement robust authentication and authorization flows (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
• Build modular and reusable components with React Hooks.
• Style components using SCSS/SASS, ensuring responsive design.
• Optimize frontend performance through techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.
• Apply front-end security best practices to prevent vulnerabilities like XSS and CSRF.

Backend Responsibilities:

• Design and develop serverless APIs using Node.js and the Serverless Framework.
• Deploy applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) utilizing services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and IAM.
• Manage environment configurations and secrets securely using AWS SSM or Secrets Manager.
• Design and maintain MySQL database schemas and write efficient stored procedures.
• Set up and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
• Monitor application logs and performance metrics with CloudWatch.
• Adhere to best practices for backend security, scalability, and disaster recovery.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and core web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Demonstrated experience with Next.js for Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and static site generation.
• Strong understanding of state management libraries like Redux, Redux Saga, or Context API.
• Expertise in SCSS/SASS for styling and responsive UI development.
• Practical experience with key AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, and S3.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL, including writing complex queries and database schema design.
• Familiarity with Git for version control, pull requests, and CI/CD workflows.
• Awareness of secure coding practices for both frontend and backend development.
