About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 6–9 years of hands-on engineering experience. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years in production React development and recent, substantial work with Next.js App Router (including server components, actions, and middleware).
- Expertise in TypeScript: generics, discriminated unions, strict mode, and shared types across client/server.
- Modern CSS proficiency using Tailwind or CSS-in-JS; experience with TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand.
Testing & Performance
Solid testing skills using Jest, Playwright, or Cypress. Strong focus on performance optimization including bundle analysis, code splitting, image optimisation, caching strategies, and measurable improvements to Core Web Vitals.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
- AWS hands-on: Lambda, S3, ECR, ECS, CloudFront, ElastiCache for Redis, Kubernetes (EKS).
- IaC with Docker, Helm; Terraform or AWS CDK. CI/CD via GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CodePipeline.
Observability & Security
Familiarity with CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry for monitoring. Strong security practices including OAuth2/OIDC, JWT implementation, secrets management, and OWASP Top 10 mitigation.
