Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 0–3 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role is ideal for problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building secure, scalable, and modern enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack, production-grade applications using .NET Core, Python, React.js, and SQL aligned with enterprise engineering standards.
• Design and implement secure REST APIs, microservices, and automation-ready backend components.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, RPA, and AI teams to integrate analytics models, automation workflows, and Agentic AI into applications.
• Optimize SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for performance, security, and scalability.
• Contribute to productizing internal innovations by transforming proofs-of-concept into stable, enterprise-grade applications.
• Integrate with cloud services, internal platforms, and automation ecosystems.
• Participate in architectural discussions, UI/UX design, API design, and performance optimization.
• Maintain high standards in code quality, documentation, security, and engineering governance.
• Support transformation initiatives such as system modernization, automation enablement, and data-driven dashboards.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve blockers across development and UAT environments.
• Adopt best practices in CI/CD, Git branching, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud deployment.

Required Technical Skills

• Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask), .NET Core (C#), REST API development
• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL (optimization, indexing, data modeling)
• Cloud-Ready Development: Microservices architecture, API integration
• Secondary Skills (Domain Relevance): RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate), ML/AI model integration, Agentic AI, analytics visualization frameworks, Docker/Kubernetes
