About the Role: We seek a highly motivated **Full Stack Engineer** to build, enhance, and scale our SaaS platform. This role demands ownership of product features from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing cloud-native SaaS applications, modern software architecture, and solving complex business challenges through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications. Convert product requirements into technical solutions, ensuring clean, modular, and reusable code. Improve product performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Full Stack Engineering: Build responsive frontend interfaces and scalable backend services. Optimize database structures and ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, and third-party systems. Implement reusable components and shared libraries.
- Product Ownership: Understand customer pain points and business objectives. Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements and suggest improvements based on technical insights. Own features from development to deployment.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Develop cloud-optimized applications, work with CI/CD pipelines, and support containerized deployments. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and efficient monitoring.
- Quality & Testing: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and ensure software quality before release.
- Security: Implement secure authentication, follow OWASP best practices, and protect applications from vulnerabilities.
- Performance Optimization: Improve application response times, optimize database queries, and implement caching strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Security Teams, and Customer Success Teams.
Experience: 3 to 4 years in Full Stack Development and SaaS platform development.
