Full Stack Engineer

Hireginie is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for a client, a pioneering digital healthcare data platform and exchange in India, established in 2020 and enhanced with AI/ML capabilities. This role requires 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. The Full Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and a strong OOPS-based backend language (Python/Java/.NET), along with PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Key responsibilities include designing and developing end-to-end web applications with modern React frontends and scalable backend services, building responsive and performant UIs, managing application state, developing RESTful APIs, integrating frontend and backend services, working with SQL and NoSQL databases, writing modular and testable code adhering to SOLID and OOPS principles, implementing asynchronous workflows, optimizing frontend performance, collaborating with DevOps, implementing authentication and authorization, applying caching strategies, debugging production issues, and participating in code reviews. Requirements include 2+ years of experience in production-grade applications, strong React skills with functional components and hooks, Node.js and NestJS experience or backend development in Python, Java, or .NET, solid understanding of OOPS and design patterns, experience with RESTful APIs, working knowledge of PostgreSQL/MSSQL and MongoDB, proficiency in asynchronous programming, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive design, Git, logging, error handling, and debugging.
